Royal beaches
Many of you could read about my love for Thailand and some negative talk about Vietnam. Getting sick in Vietnam must have been a sign orso, sounds asiatic doesn't it..... Anyway I just wanted to go back and so I changed my flight (Singapore Airlines was so kind to let me reroute without extra costs) and booked another flight to Bankok.
From Bankok I took the bus to Hua Hin, 4 hours south. Hua Hin is a popular beach for Thai tourists. Just over 10 % of the tourists in that area are Falang...!! In many places, I wouldn't be surprised if it is exactly the opposite.
Still being sick it felt good to be back in Thailand. Just hanging around a nice hotel, with nice people and a nice beach, with delicious food...!
After a few days I decided to see a doctor again and got some new medicine. The day before I left was the first day I really felt healthy again.
Even though my last two weeks I was sick, I enjoyed being here. Hua Hin is certainly a place to go back to.
